Last January 6th, the WWE filed to trademark the term “Left Right Left Right,” with the following use description:

On January 7th, WWE filed to trademark the “Katrina Cortez” name, with the following use description:

The “Katrina Cortez” name was filed for the new NXT talent who faced Xia Li this past Wednesday night on NXT’s New Year’s Evil, but recent reports indicate that Katrina Cortez suffered facial bruising as well as a possible orbital bone injury from the spin kick delivered by Xia Li in their match.
