Some big news regarding a potential WWE Royal Rumble spoiler.

According to PW Insider, WWE is considering having a top name from TNA appear in this year’s Royal Rumble matchup. Speculation now is that Joe Hendry could be that talent as the new TNA World Champion is available for the show next weekend.

It was noted in the report that Hendry is also scheduled to appear on the Chris Jericho Cruise, but that he will not be joining the cruise until the weekend of February 8th. Hendry is going to be in Indianapolis, the home of the 2025 Royal Rumble, for a signing at WrestleCon.

In another possible clue, back in October a fan tweeted to Hendry suggesting that he had fallen off the (WWE) radar after a hot start and Hendry responded by saying that the tweet will age poorly “in about 4 months” which would be almost in line with the Rumble.
