Vickie Guerrero Sounds Off On Issues With WWE

WWE Stars Banned From Vickie Guerrero Podcast: “They Found Out I Went To AEW, Now They Don’t Talk To Me”

Vickie Guerrero has apparently been informed by WWE that she can no longer have any WWE Superstars or active employees featured as guests on her new “Excuse Me” podcast.

The WWE Hall Of Famer went on record to state that the reason for this is because she went on the Chris Jericho AEW cruise, which some saw as a double standard since Booker T was also on the cruise.

The difference was that Booker had previously committed to the Jericho cruise before signing his contract for WWE Backstage.

“I had asked to interview some Superstars for my podcast and they (WWE) had found out I went to AEW, and now they don’t even talk to me,” she said during a recent episode of her podcast. “They didn’t call me for two years, I hadn’t heard from them.”

She continued, “What did they expect me to do? Just to sit here and wait for them to call so I could do some work? I love wrestling. I love to work in the ring. And if someone is giving me an opportunity to go and show up and have some fun, then I should be able to because I’m not obligated to anybody.”

The widow of WWE Hall Of Fame legend Eddie Guerrero and former on-air General Manager character for the company concluded by saying she doesn’t understand why this is happening.

“I just don’t understand,” she said. “So when someone told me I couldn’t interview the Superstars because I went to AEW, I was just like, ‘Wow. They’re gonna be like that.’”
