Following Monday night’s post-WWE Extreme Rules episode of WWE RAW, two big title matches are now official for the upcoming WWE SummerSlam 2019 pay-per-view.
Now confirmed for WWE’s biggest event of the summer is Brock Lesnar vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE Universal Championship, as well as Becky Lynch vs. Natalya for the RAW Women’s Championship.
“The Architect” earned the shot at “The Beast Incarnate” by winning the 10-man battle royal on Monday night’s show in Uniondale, New York.
Rollins won the match just 24-hours after losing the title to Lesnar after he finally cashed-in his Money In The Bank briefcase / contract.
For her part, Nattie became the new number one contender to the RAW Women’s Championship by winning a fatal four-way elimination match on Monday designed to determine the next challenger for “The Man.”
When all was said and done, the Total Divas cast member won the match, last eliminating Alexa Bliss.
WWE SummerSlam 2019 is scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 11th from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The show will air live via pay-per-view, and will also stream live on the WWE Network.
