The changes and additions to the advertised lineup for this month’s WWE SummerSlam 2019 pay-per-view continues to get more interesting as the event draws closer.
WWE SummerSlam on August 11th from Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada is currently at 14 matches with the following listed on WWE’s internal schedule but not yet officially announced, as per the Wrestling Observer Newsletter:
- Aleister Black vs. Sami Zayn
- The Iconic vs. Nikki Cross & Alexa Bliss vs. Sonya Deville & Mandy Rose vs. The Kabuki Warriors – Women’s Tag Team Title Match
- Drew Gulak vs. Oney Lorcan – WWE Cruiserweight Title Match
- Drew McIntyre vs. Cedric Alexander
- Daniel Bryan vs. Roman Reigns
- Dolph Ziggler vs. Goldberg
- 24/7 “activities” in some form
WWE is also teasing potential matches such as Shinsuke Nakamura vs. Ali for the WWE Intercontinental Title and a possible Raw and/or Smackdown tag team title though as of this point, neither was listed on WWE’s internal card.
