The new third-party policy implemented by WWE continues to be one of the main talking points behind-the-scenes in the company, particularly after a number of well-known WWE Superstars, such as AJ Styles, Paige, Cesaro, Aleister Black, Zelina Vega and others recently shut down their Twitch streams.
PWInsider.com is reporting that multiple WWE Superstars approached Vince McMahon directly to try and get him to change his mind on his recent edict which would prevent contracted talent from working with any third-party companies such as Twitch and Cameo.
With accounts now being shut down as well as the rant by Paige (Watch Video Here), it would appear that those appeals have fallen on deaf ears and any attempt to get Vince to change his mind has failed.
Black and wife Zelina Vega noted on a recent YouTube stream that a Friday meeting is scheduled to determine next steps but they will communicate things at a later date.
We will keep you updated here at eWrestling.com as more details continue to surface regarding all of the news and rumors stemming from the new WWE third-party policy being implemented, resulting in WWE Superstars shutting down their Twitch streams and Cameo pages.
