WWE Survivor Series Results (11/20/16) – Toronto, ON

5-on-5 Women’s Elimination Match: Team RAW (Sasha Banks, Alicia Fox, Nia Jax, Bayley, Charlotte Flair) vs. Team SmackDown (Nikki Bella, Carmella, Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, Naomi)
-Before the match, we see Nikki Bella on the ground backstage complaining that her head hurts. Natalya will be replacing Nikki in this elimination match. Alicia and Carmella trade offense to start off the match. Carmella hits the bronco buster in the corner, then Becky and Bayley tag in. Charlotte tags herself in before they can lock up, and Charlotte squares off with Bayley. Sasha then tags herself in, and Team RAW starts fighting with each other until the aprons clear. The first elimination comes when Alicia Fox hits the axe kick on Carmella for the pinfall, and the second elimination comes shortly after when Alexa Bliss takes out Alicia. Naomi hits a suicide dive off the top rope onto Nia all the way on the floor, but Nia comes back shortly after by slamming Naomi into the ring post. Naomi remains unconscious at ringside for the referee’s full 10 count, and she’s eliminated. Back in the ring, Sasha hits the double knees twice on Natalya. Sasha goes for the Backstabber but Alexa breaks it up. Natalya rolls up Sasha from behind while she’s distracted by Alexa and scores the three count on her. Sasha is now eliminated. Charlotte comes in next and Natalya drops her with a sitout powerbomb. Natalya gets her in the Sharpshooter, but Charlotte is able to reach the ropes with the help of Dana. Charlotte comes back with a big boot on Natalya for the three count, and Natalya is eliminated. Becky and Alexa try to double team Nia with a vertical suplex, but Nia reverses it into a double suplex on both of them. Nia picks up Alexa, and Becky comes off the top rope with a dropkick that drops them. Becky gets Nia in the Dis-arm-her for the elimination. After Nia is eliminated, she beats down Becky at ringside. Charlotte drops Alexa with a big boot and eliminates her. It’s down to Charlotte and Bayley vs. Becky Lynch. Becky hits a running forearm in the corner on Charlotte and follows up with a t-bone suplex. Becky goes to the top rope and hits a flying leg drop. Becky pins Charlotte, but Bayley breaks up the pin. Bayley tags in and starts trading elbow shots with Becky. Becky gets a pumphandle suplex, but she misses her next leg drop. Bayley comes back with a clothesline and a vertical suplex. Bayley hits a belly to belly suplex on Becky for the win, and wins the match for Team RAW. Charlotte and Bayley’s hands are raised, then Charlotte beats down Bayley at ringside.

– James Ellsworth is walking around backstage high-fiving everyone, until Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson approach him and make fun of him. They make several “chin” jokes until Mick Foley walks in to stick up for Ellsworth. Foley runs off Gallows and Anderson, then Ellsworth starts telling Foley how big of a fan he is. Ellsworth starts talking about Foley’s Hell In A Cell match, and beating The Rock for the World Title. Foley tries to recruit Ellsworth to RAW, but Ellsworth declines and says he’s “true team blue.” Foley shakes his hand and walks away, then Ellsworth turns around into Braun Strowman. Strowman asks Ellsworth if he knows him, and Ellsworth runs off.

The Miz © vs. Sami Zayn
-The Intercontinental Championship is on the line in this one. Some competitive back-and-forth action between the Champion and challenger early on until Zayn knocks The Miz outside with a flying knee. The Miz pulls Zayn outside with him, and Zayn hits a springboard moonsault off the fan barricade. Maryse gets in Sami’s face to distract him, and the Miz takes out Sami’s left knee. The Miz takes Sami back in the ring and continues working on Zayn’s left knee. Zayn comes back with a kick that sends Miz to the outside, then goes flying off one leg with a suicide dive. Back in the ring, The Miz comes back with a series of dropkicks in the corner. The Miz comes off the top rope but Zayn side-steps him and hits the Blue Thunder Bomb for a two count. Zayn goes for the big boot, but he’s still selling his left knee and The Miz is able to get out of the way. The Miz gets Zayn in the Figure Four leg lock, but Zayn is eventually able to roll to the ropes and grab them to break the hold. Zayn is still on the mat selling his knee when The Miz walks over and hits a series of kicks, Daniel Bryan style. Zayn ducks the last kick and catches The Miz in a Figure Four leg lock of his own. Maryse rings the bell at ringside so Sami thinks he’s won and releases the hold, but the match is still going. The Miz rolls up Sami from behind and scores the win.

– We get a look at Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles talking trash to each other in the back. Shane McMahon walks in and tells them to knock it off and stay on the same page for one night only tonight.

10-on-10 Elimination Tag Team Match: Team RAW (The New Day, Karl Anderson & Luke Gallows, Sheamus & Cesaro, Enzo Amore & Big Cass, The Shining Stars) vs. Team SmackDown (Heath Slater, Rhyno, Zack Ryder, Mojo Rawley, American Alpha, The Usos)
-Fandango starts things off by handing out fashion violation tickets, and that earns him a Midnight Hour from The New Day and just like that, Fandango is eliminated first. Kofi gets eliminated immediately after by a superkick from Jey Uso. Gallows and Anderson start working over Mojo until Ryder gets the tag and cleans house. Ryder hits a double knee strike on Anderson, followed up with a missile dropkick. Gallows tags back in and hits the Magic Killer with Anderson on Ryder for the elimination. Gable comes in next and Gallows starts working him over before tagging in Sheamus. Jordan and Primo tag in, and American Alpha hits a variation of the Doomsday Device to eliminate the Shining Stars. After their elimination, the aprons clear and all hell breaks loose in the ring. The action goes to ringside, then Heath Slater goes to the top rope and hits a stage dive all the way down onto everyone on the floor. Gable hits a big German suplex on Cesaro back in the ring, then Jordan launches Gable through the air for a somersault plancha onto everyone at ringside. Back in the ring, Gallows superkicks Jordan, then he hits the Magic Killer with Anderson on Jordan to eliminate American Alpha. Heath Slater hits the ring and starts cleaning house with flying knees and kicks, until Anderson comes back with a spinning spinebuster and tags in Sheamus. Slater gets a “he’s got kids chant form the crowd.” Rhyno and Gallows tag in and Rhyno hits the Gore to eliminate Gallows and Anderson. Cass hits a big boot on Gallows then hits the Boom Shaka Laka with Enzo to eliminate Slater & Rhyno. The Usos hit a superkick and a splash off the top next to eliminate Enzo and Cass. The Usos superkick Cesaro to the outside, and Sheamus hits a big boot on Jimmy Uso then takes him to the top rope. Sheamus hits the White Noise off the turnbuckle on Jimmy, but then Jey superkicks him and pins. Cesaro breaks the pin. Cesaro hits the 619 on Jey Uso, then a splash off the top for a 2 count. Cesaro swings Jey, but Jimmy superkicks him in the knee then Jey gets Cesaro in the Tequila Sunrise. Cesaro gets out and puts Jey in the Sharpshooter. Sheamus superkicks Jimmy out of the ring and Jey taps out, giving Team RAW the win.

Cruiserweight Title Match: Brian Kendrick © vs. Kalisto
-SmackDown takes control of the Cruiserweight Division if Kalisto wins. After some competitive back-and-forth action in the opening minutes, Kendrick crushes Kalisto between the ring apron and the steel steps then boots him. Kalisto makes it back in the ring before the 10 count, then hits a huge Spanish Fly on Kendrick off the ring apron onto the floor at ringside. Back in the ring, Kendrick crotches Kalisto on the top rope, and hits a Captain’s Hook off the turnbuckle and applies the hold on the mat. Kalisto reaches the ropes to break the hold, then comes back with kicks. Kalisto hits the Salida Del Sol for a two count, then goes back to the top rope but Baron Corbin comes out and hits Kendrick from behind. Kalisto leaps off the turnbuckle but Corbin catches him and hits the End of Days. This one ends in a DQ, and Daniel Bryan cuts a promo on Corbin in the back after the match.

5-on-5 Elimination Match: Team RAW (Roman Reigns, Kevin Owens, Chris Jericho, Braun Strowman, Seth Rollins) vs. Team SmackDown (Randy Orton, Shane McMahon, Bray Wyatt, Dean Ambrose, AJ Styles)
-The Champions Owens and Styles start off. They go back and forth with equal offense and end up staring each other down. Owens tags in Jericho and the crowd pops huge. Jericho works on Styles until Styles comes back with a big dropkick that levels Y2J. Rollins and Ambrose tag in and go back and forth on the mat until Jericho tags himself in. Jericho screams at Ambrose that he owes him $15,000 for his coat. They go back and forth and eventually start trading slaps to the face. Ambrose mounts Jericho in the corner and his a series of punches, then tags in Shane McMahon. McMahon hits Jericho with some punches then hits a flying elbow. Jericho comes back with a flying missile dropkick off the middle rope, and in the slow-motion replay we see that Jericho caught Shane right in the face. Reigns tags in and headbutts Shane, then hits a series of clotheslines on him in the corner. Rollins tags in and double teams Shane with Reigns. Ambrose and Owens tag in and Ambrose throws him to the outside and follows up with a suicide dive through the ropes. Back in the ring, Owens attempts a Pop Up Powerbomb but Ambrose reverses into a hurricanrana. Jericho breaks the pin and the aprons clear, and both teams stare each other down in the middle of the ring. The two teams start brawling all over the ring as the crowd chants “Ellsworth.” Most of the wrestlers clear the ring and brawl around ringside. Owens goes to the top rope and hits a Swanton Bomb onto everyone on the floor at ringside. Shane goes up top next, but Strowman throws him off and Shane hits his head on the mat. Back in the ring, Team SmackDown works on Strowman until Shane hits a flying clothesline that sends him to the outside. Reigns starts working on AJ until AJ hits the Pele Kick and drops Reigns. Ambrose and Styles start fighting each other in the ring while Shane tries to break them apart. Styles drops Ambrose from behind, then Strowman hits a running powerslam on Ambrose for the elimination. Shane is in next and Strowman immediately starts working on him, then hits a big splash in the corner. AJ goes for a Phenomenal Forearm on Strowman but Strowman catches him and throws him to the outside. Orton goes or an RKO, but Strowman throws him away too. Strowman goes for a splash on Orton, but Wyatt steps in front of him. Wyatt instructs Strowman to attack Jericho so Strowman grabs Jericho by the throat, but he lets go of him and attacks Wyatt instead. Strowman hits a dropkick on Wyatt that sends him to the outside. Strowman pulls the TV’s off the German announce table, then Randy Orton RKO’s Strowman onto it. Orton and Wyatt lay Strowman on the English announce table, and Shane McMahon comes flying off the top rope with an elbow drop all the way down onto Strowman through the table. Strowman tries to get back in the ring before the referee’s ten count, but James Ellsworth grabs Strowman by the leg and prevents him from getting back in time. Strowman chases Ellsworth up the ramp and throws him off the stage through some tables. Owens and Jericho take turns working on McMahon back in the ring. Shane blocks a Lionsault with his knees and rolls up Jericho, but Jericho kicks out. Jericho hits Codebreakers on Shane and Orton. Styles tags in and exchanges submission and pin attempts with Jericho. AJ goes for the Styles Clash on Jericho, but Owens runs in and hits Styles with the List of Jericho. Owens hits the Pop Up Powerbomb on Styles and the referee disqualifies him. Jericho is distraught about his list being thrown all over the ring, and Orton hits him with an RKO for the elimination. It’s down to Rollins and Reigns on Team RAW, and Styles, Shane, Wyatt and Orton on Team SmackDown. Orton hits a superplex on Rollins off the top rope, then Reigns and Styles tag in. Reigns tags in and drops Styles, then hits Samoan Drops on Orton and Bray. Reigns hits a sit out Razor’s Edge for a two count. Reigns goes for a Superman punch but AJ jumps up and knees him in the face. Shane McMahon tags in and hits a DDT on Reigns. He blocks a kick from Rollins and hits a spinebuster on him. Reigns goes for a spear but Shane moves and Reigns spears the ring post. Reigns is sitting in the corner and Shane goes up on the opposite ring post. Shane goes for the coast-to-coast dropkick, but Reigns pops up and spears Shane out of mid-air. Reigns pins and Shane appears to shoulder-up at the two count, but referee calls for Shane to be eliminated. Shane looks like he’s legitimately knocked out, and has to be helped to the back. The wrestlers fight around ringside while Shane is taken to the back, then back in the ring AJ and Rollins start going at it. Rollins hits an enziguri on AJ and leaves him sitting knocked out on the turnbuckle. Rollins superplexes AJ off the top, then rolls through and hits a Falcon Arrow. Dean Ambrose runs out and starts beating on AJ again until security pulls him off. Reigns and Rollins help Ambrose and beat down all of the security guards. Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose team up to powerbomb AJ through the Spanish announce table. Rollins throws AJ back i nthe ring and pins him for the elimination. It’s down to Orton and Wyatt vs. Reigns and Rollins. Luke Harper appears from ringside and distracts the two Shield members from the apron. The action goes to the outside where Harper throws Reigns into the ring post and superkicks him behind the referee’s back. Rollins takes out Harper with a suicide dive to the outside, then rolls back in the ring to work on Wyatt. Rollins comes off the top rope but Orton catches him in mid-air with an RKO to eliminate Rollins. It’s down to Reigns for Team RAW. Reigns takes the action to the outside and beats down Wyatt and Orton around ringside. Reigns takes out Harper with a spear at ringside too. Back in the ring, Bray goes for the Sister Abigail, but Reigns gets out and Superman punches him. Reigns goes for a spear on Bray, but Orton shoves Bray out of the way and takes the spear. Bray hits the Sister Abigail on Reigns for the win, and Team SmackDown takes the match. Harper, Orton, and Wyatt celebrate in the ring after the match.

Bill Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar
-The two competitors stare each other down until the bell rings, then Lesnar picks up Goldberg and slams him into the turnbuckle. Goldberg shoves Lesnar down to the mat right away. Lesnar looks surprised, then on his way back to his feet, Goldberg hits him with a spear. Goldberg sizes him up and hits a second spear. Goldberg picks up Lesnar and hits the Jackhammer for the win in a very short match. Lesnar and Heyman make their way to the back while Goldberg celebrates with the fans. Goldberg pulls his kid into the ring and they celebrate before Goldberg makes his way to the back.
