WWE Virtual Meeting Notes: New Company Headquarters Coming Soon, Another New Policy

WWE held a virtual “town hall” type of meeting Thursday morning with Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon, President & Chief Revenue Officer Nick Khan, Chief Financial Officer Kristina Salen and others leading the session.

PWInsider.com reports that the “major news” coming out of the meeting is that the company is instituting a new policy effective immediately where employees will not be required to return to the office full-time and instead will have the choice of either working remotely from home or coming into the offices.

It was also noted that WWE is moving ahead with moving to a new corporate headquarters in Stamford that will be significantly larger than the current space, however, with cost cutting measures in effect, that move is delayed.

WWE also revealed that moving forward, CFO Salen will be giving presentations of company financials each quarter after the company releases earnings and hold their quarterly conference call with investors.

The only other noteworthy topic was the return of WWE live events and the leadership team in attendance noted that they do not know when these events would resume with the pandemic showing no signs of ending.
