The second Monday Night Raw show of 2021 is already shaping up to be another jam-packed program.
As noted, the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the site of next week's red brand show, is advertising new WWE Champion Brock Lesnar to appear on the program for the second consecutive week.
Lesnar appeared on this week's show, reuniting with his advocate Paul Heyman and sending a message to Roman Reigns.
Additionally, WWE has announced "Alexa Bliss' Journey Back To Raw" for next week's show, as the women's wrestling star will return in some form-or-fashion during the broadcast on January 10, 2022.
Bliss has been on the sidelines since the WWE Extreme Rules 2021 pay-per-view back in late-September, where she lost to Charlotte Flair, who subsequently attacked and destroyed her prized possession -- her doll Lilly.
Finally, WWE confirmed a big triple-threat number one contenders match to determine the next challenger to Raw Women's Champion Becky Lynch.
After "Big Time Becks" defended her title with a win over Liv Morgan at WWE Day 1, three women's stars emerged claiming to deserve the next crack at the champion.
Liv Morgan wants another shot after giving Lynch all she can handle in two matches, while Bianca Belair feels she should be next in line. Doudrop took issue with this, approaching Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce on this week's post-WWE Day 1 edition of Raw to state her case for deserving the next title shot.
Ultimately, the decision was made to let all three women duke it out to determine who will emerge as the next number one contender to challenge "The Man" next for the Raw Women's Championship.
WWE.com released the following announcement after this week's red brand show regarding the Morgan-Belair-Doudrop bout for next Monday night's show:
Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan and Doudrop set to battle it out for Raw Women’s Title opportunityA big-time Triple Threat Match is on the way.
Following Becky Lynch’s successful Raw Women’s Title defense against Liv Morgan at WWE Day 1, her challenger emerged once again on Raw to stake her claim to a rematch. The confrontation took an interesting turn when Bianca Belair made her presence felt and got back in line to challenge for the gold herself.
All this action drew the ire of Doudrop, who complained to WWE Officials Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville that she should be the next opponent for Big Time Becks, prompting them to make this huge Triple Threat bout for this Monday’s Raw.
Will it be Liv, Doudrop or The EST of WWE who earns the right to step up to Lynch for the Raw Women’s Championship?
