WWE Superstar Dolph Ziggler issued a short statement on Twitter recalling his 2014 Survivor Series performance, where the Show-Off won the bout for Team Cena as the sole survivor.
Ziggler states that despite there being no long-term plans, similar to his Money in the Bank cash-in on the Raw after WrestleMania 29, fans can still enjoy the moment for what it was.
“Regarding Survivor Series 2014, I went an hour [and] was sole survivor,” wrote Ziggler. “You can acknowledge it was great, without bitching there was no long-term plans, just like my world title cash-in.”
He continued, “There never was. I still busted my ass [and] stole the show any way, to show em what they’re missing.”
Check out Dolph Ziggler’s tweet ahead of tonight’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view, where he will be competing as part of Team Raw in the Traditional Elimination Match, below.
