Monday Night Raw Quick Recap for June 13, 2022

Matches Tonight: Eight (approx. 55 minutes)
  • Singles Match: Montez Ford w/ Angelo Dawkins vs/ Jimmy Uso w/ Jey. Jimmy Uso defeated Montez Ford fair-and-square, picking up the win after getting his knees up during Ford's skyscraper Frog Splash attempt. 8:16-8:30pm EST.
  • 24/7 Championship Match: Dana Brooke(c) vs Becky Lynch. The match never took place. Lynch beat up Brooke prior to the match, then brawled with Asuka all while complaining about wanting to win the MitB match. 8:49-8:54pm EST.
  • Money in the Bank Double-Qualifying Tag Match: Alexa Bliss & Liv Morgan vs Nikki A.S.H. & DouDrop. The winning team will be added to the MitB match. Everyone but Bliss presented new ring gear, with Morgan noticeably taking on a more pink-dominant color palette. The match, though? Four minutes of slow-paced...action...that saw Bliss & Liv pick up the win. 9:01-9:05pm EST.
  • Singles Match: Kevin Owens vs Ezekiel. Ezekiel won by count-out when KO lost track of the ref's count during an angry, pouty phase. Next week, ELIAS will return to assist Ezekiel. 9:16-9:25pm EST.
  • Singles Match: MVP w/ Omos vs Cedric Benjamin. MVP squashed Cedric in seconds. Alexander had virtually no offense and was treated like an unnamed local talent. Sad. 9:37-9:38pm EST.
  • Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: AJ Styles vs Seth Rollins. Styles brought back his Ushigaroshi signature move after a long hiatus. Rollins picked up the win to qualify. 9:48-10:04pm EST.
  • Singles Match: Riddle vs Ciampa. Ciampa came across aggressive and dominant in the singles match, despite Riddle picking up the win. 10:11-10:16pm EST.
  • Singles Match: Chad Gable w/ Otis vs Mustafa Ali. Decent back and forth match that saw Gable win. 10:33-10:37pm EST.
  • Singles Match: Rey Mysterio vs Veer Mahaan. Veer squashed Rey but Rey still got more offense than Cedric did against MVP. 10:45-10:47pm EST.

Note: the match count does not include the "Pose Down" or the 24/7 championship non-match.

Miscellaneous Non-Match Segments of Note:
  • The Miz Spoke with Paul Heyman: Ultimately Riddle came out; a special stipulation for Friday's title match was announced--if Riddle loses, he can never challenge Roman Reigns for the Undisputed title. 8:01-8:13pm EST.
  • Seth Rollins Spoke: Rollins cackled, took credit for injuring Rhodes, then was attacked by new foe-of-the-season, AJ Styles.
  • Bianca Belair Spoke: Belair and Ripley had words ahead of their MitB title match. Nothing new or noteworthy. 10:23-10:25pm EST.
  • Money in the Bank Update: Raw's Liv Morgan & Alexa Bliss join Raw/SD's Lacey Evans in the WMitB match.
  • Next Week on Raw: ELIAS will return to join Ezekiel. More MitB qualifying matches. Becky Lynch vs Asuka in a Money in the Bank qualifying match. Elias' return will be a concert!
  • Main Event "Inaugural Theory Invitational Pose-Down": Bobby Lashley vs United States Champion Theory. Both men posed before a dead crowd. Theory did an admirable job attempting to work the crowd to cheer at least somewhat for Lashley, who won technically. Afterwards, Theory threw water in Lashley's face, somehow blinding him. 10:54-10:59pm EST.
