Killer Kross Parting Ways From Impact Wrestling

Report: Killer Kross Requests Release From Impact Wrestling Contract

According to PW Insider, IMPACT Wrestling star Killer Kross has requested his release from the promotion after initially attempting to renegotiate his current structured deal. Reports are that Kross asked for a six-figure guaranteed contract due to his success within the company over the last calendar year, and was looking to match what his market value would be outside of IMPACT. Kross also raised some concerns about how he has been booked, but his main concern was finances. IMPACT did counter the offer, but it didn’t fit the 33-year old’s standards, and prompted him to ask to be let go.

At this time, IMPACT has denied his release request, and are keeping Kross locked into the contract that he signed in 2018 when he was relatively unknown, and doesn’t expire for several years. The WWE has expressed interest in Kross since his growth in IMPACT. He had tried-out for them in the past.
