WWE Salaries For Vince McMahon, Triple H & Stephanie McMahon Revealed

Have you ever wondered how much money Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Paul "Triple H" Levesque earn annually from their jobs as top-level executives for WWE? Well, wonder no more!

In a WWE SEC filing late last week, several financial figures for compensation of its executives was revealed.

Featured below is a quick summary of the numbers, which include base salaries and total compensation from all WWE-related sources for Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and Triple H. The following data includes figures for 2019 and 2020 for comparisons sake.

Vince McMahon

  • 2019 Base Salary: $1,400,000
  • 2019 Total Compensation (all sources): $3,503,703
  • 2020 Base Salary: $1,400,000

    Stephanie McMahon

  • 2019 Base Salary: $710,000

The base salary for these three is self-explanatory - it is the absolute minimum for their role as EVPs.

The performance salaries for Stephanie and HHH in 2019 were basically compensation for their on-camera camera role as talents.

The total for 2019 includes these two components as well as stock awards and non-equity incentive plan compensation.

George A. Barrios and Michelle D. Wilson, the former Co-Presidents, both earned $1,795,855 in 2019. Each of them earned over $9 million in 2019 but over $7 million of that were stock awards.

For the severance packages as a result of being terminated earlier this year, each of them will receive a salary of $1,402,875 as well as a bonus of $176,295 and continuation of their life, health and accident insurance policies which varied - $16,656 for Barrios and $6,755 for Wilson.

This will all be paid over 18 months.

Shane McMahon, who is not an executive, was paid $2,082,011 for performance fees and royalties in 2019.
