The report card is in for FOX, as the numbers are in for this week’s edition of WWE Backstage on FOX Sports 1 (FS1) — the follow-up show after last week’s record-setting show featuring the return of CM Punk.
So, how did this week’s show do without “The Best in the World?” Let’s take a closer look at the numbers …
The Tuesday, November 26th episode of WWE Backstage was down in viewership, as it was watched by an average of 121,000 viewers, with a 0.05 rating in the 18-49 demographic.
This compares to 180,000 last week with CM Punk a critical part of the show.
Since it’s debut earlier this month, WWE Backstage has been all over the place launching with a horrid 49,000 viewers, before shooting up to 100,000 two weeks ago.
FOX pushed two preview episodes in October with strong lead-ins and those generated audiences of 597,000 and 426,000.
