It looks like the decision for the name of the new AEW On TNT weekly television show has yet to be finalized.
In the official press release touting their new weekly TV show on TNT starting in October and airing live every Wednesday night from 8-10pm EST., there was no mention of what the show would be called.
It’s worth noting that rumors continue to indicate that “AEW: Wednesday Night Dynamite” is still the primary name under consideration.
According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the only thing AEW CEO & President Tony Khan has revealed is that the show wouldn’t simply be called “All Elite Wrestling,” and that the aforementioned “Wednesday Night Dynamite” name and others are all possibilities as the company continues to conduct market research and hold meetings to discuss the topic.
It is expected that the official name of the new AEW On TNT weekly TV show will be announced within the next two weeks.
As noted, AEW On TNT premieres on Wednesday, October 2nd from 8-10pm EST. / 5-7pm PST. from the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C.
AEW announced on Friday that ticket on-sale information for the first-ever episode of the yet-to-be-named AEW On TNT show will be revealed this coming Monday, July 29th.
